Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please note that some packages may be handled by international carriers during transit before final delivery by USPS.

If your order has been processed but you have not received tracking information, please contact us at support@ergonspace.com.

Shipping Service

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Orders are processed by our team and fulfilled through trusted third-party fulfillment partners.

We use trusted third-party shipping partners to deliver orders to our customers.

At this time, we offer one shipping method:

Free Standard Shipping with Tracking: $0.00

We offer Free Standard Shipping with Tracking on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Please note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping options.

Shipping Time Frame

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Mountain Time may be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–11 business days after your order has been shipped.

The estimated total delivery time is 4–13 business days.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on item availability, fulfillment location, or carrier handling.

If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you receive a delivery notification but cannot find your package, please check around your delivery address, mailbox, front door, porch, building entrance, reception area, or with neighbors if applicable.

Please also confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct and complete.

Some carrier delivery notifications may appear before the package is physically delivered. If your package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@ergonspace.com and we will help you review the shipment status.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
