Refund policy

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received them, and returned with their original packaging.

Returns are handled by mail. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@ergonspace.com with your order number or proof of purchase before sending any item back.

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label free of charge.

A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns and is calculated from the item price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that your returned item has been received.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at support@ergonspace.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
